My name is Josh Rigsby and I have been in the construction and remodeling business for 10 years. I own a successful real estate investment company and have spent the past 4 years evaluating property for purchase and rehabilitation. I have an eye for spotting deficiencies and inefficiencies and decided to pursue a career in home inspecting. I am a graduate of the AHSI (American Home Inspectors Society) School and an Associate member. I have Passed the Standards Of Practice Module and passed the NHIE (National Home Inspectors Exam). I am licensed and insured in the state of Alabama. I have a passion for this business and am excited to have the opportunity to work with you in the purchase/sell of your home.
